EFT
Shortcut Steps
This
is designed to make you feel more comfortable while doing what
you’ll most likely find a very peculiar looking routine.
I'm going to show you the steps and how quickly and easily they
can be done, but it’s pretty important that you understand
a few basics before beginning.
EFT
is used to help us overcome physical or emotional issues, so obviously
you need an issue to make EFT worth doing.
For
the sake of this lesson, we’re going to use a headache as
our issue.
Next,
in most cases, the only way to know that EFT has moved us away
from our issue is to measure the issue’s intensity before,
then again after the sequence. We won’t go into much detail
here (as that’s worthy of a lesson of its own), so for time
value sake, ask yourself the following question before and after
the sequence . . .
“On
a scale of 1 to 10, how intense is my headache?”(Because
this is a good thing to do before every session you do in the
future - with or without a practitioner - I strongly recommend
that you write this number down so you can refer to it later.)
*
If you had a headache before you follow these instructions –
don’t be surprised if it’s gone, or at least greatly
diminished at it’s end. *
Before
we begin our our actual tapping you will need to repeat something
called a setup statement 3 times while tapping on the side of
your hand. This step is discussed at far greater length elsewhere
on the site. For now, just follow along as if you're acting like
a normal human being :o).
Finally,
you'll see a series of points on your head and body where you'll
be asked to tap. I know this is going to seem rather weird, but
bear with me, as the results of doing this routine are (more often
than not) immensely gratifying.
